In consonance with the plan for total ownership and freedom from all forms of encumbrances, the following documents will be processed for the land by FLAPCOOP at the following fees for all subscribers;
  1. Deed of assignment and tenancy Agreement N50,000
  2. Survey N300,000
  3. Development fee N500,000
These fees are payable before the Customer can take full ownership of the land but don’t stop the Customers rental income from FLAPCOOP per the tenure of Rent.
Available Packages under Agrowis eare  Palm Oil Vest, Palm Kernel Vest and Cassava/Garri Vest.

Your subscription funds will be used to purchase units of Land in your name with all support documents of ownership, FLAPCOOP will in turn rent the Land from you for Agriculture and you earn rental income.

Should in case you want to sell off your unit, FLAPCOOP only will buy the units from you withat least 60 days’ notice for payment processing and purchase agreements.

Any individual above 18years of age that is seeking a viable investment package can partake of any of these packages. We also have room for farmers and stakeholders in the agriculture value chain.
