Yes, you can contact us to inform us that you want to roll over your investment.
Yes, your investment can be terminated after the first 3 months. However, this will disallow you from earning the accrued interest on your investment but you will get access to 100% of your funds.
Your information is secure with our payment partners, while your investment with us is secured, guaranteed, insured by Lead Way Assurance, and also backed up with lands and houses. You can get your rental income upfront or at maturity. NB: Upfront interest attract deduction of 10% interest rate on 6 months plan, 15%  interest rate on 12 months, 20% interest rate on 18 months, and 25% interest rate on 24 months  

As a subscriber to our investment plans, you will get a notification mail stating the details of your investment, including – the amount invested, investment plan, maturity date, and ROI Percentage.

You can also monitor your investment on the Agro Land Vest online portal. You will get a notification from us two weeks before the maturity date.

ONLINE INVESTMENT

  2. Click on Agrowise, navigate to AgroLand Vest
  3. Click on your desired plan, input the number of desired units, and click on INVEST NOW
  4. Once you get to the CART page, click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button
  5. Fill in your investment details on the CHECKOUT page
  6. On your right, select which Payment Method you want to use
  7. Click Pay Now or Proceed Now button
  8. Thank you page which will carry your investment details.
  NOTE:
  • Pay with your card is for investors who wish to pay with their Atm/Debit Card.
(Your investment will be activated automatically via their option and you will be able to download your CERTIFICATE instantly)
  • Direct Bank Transfer is for investors who wish to pay via direct bank transfer or USSD code.
(Your investment will be put ON HOLD until we confirm your payment)   OFFLINE INVESTMENT

The minimum unit of investment is one hundred and twenty-five square meters, which is currently valued at N100, 000. There is no maximum limit to the number of units an individual investor can acquire, although this is subject to land availability.

  • Yes, we allow offline investment for those who may not have the time or luxury to go on the website. You can visit our Head Office to pick up the investment form.
  • For accountability and automation sake, all offline investments will still be logged online. This means we will create an account for you with the details you filled on the form and you can receive an update from there whenever you need to.

In consonance with the plan for total ownership and freedom from all forms of encumbrances, the following documents will be processed for the land by FLAPCOOP at the following fees for all subscribers;
  1. Deed of assignment and tenancy Agreement N50,000
  2. Survey N300,000
  3. Development fee N500,000
These fees are payable before the Customer can take full ownership of the land but don’t stop the Customers rental income from FLAPCOOP per the tenure of Rent.
You can take over the land but only according to the agreement to the defined purpose of the cooperative
You can but only to or through FLAP Multipurpose Cooperative.

Your subscription funds will be used to purchase units of Land in your name with all support documents of ownership, FLAPCOOP will in turn rent the Land from you for Agriculture and you earn rental income.

Should in case you want to sell off your unit, FLAPCOOP only will buy the units from you withat least 60 days’ notice for payment processing and purchase agreements.

AgroEstateVest is an initiative of Flap Multipurpose Cooperative Ltd designed to support Access to lands for farming and Food security by engaging in agricultural Estate development owned by cooperators/investors while the land is managed for FlapCoop for agricultural purpose and rental income is paid to owners per annum.

All investments proceeds will be paid directly to the investor’s bank account OR by Cheque as provided in the registration form or web portal.
We have a LeadWay Assurance Farm Property and Produce insurance in place to secure your investment with us.
The minimum amount you can invest is N30,000 at 10,000 PER SLOT. Making a total of three slots.

The minimum investment tenure is 1year with an option to have your ROI paid every 6months or every 12 months until your investment tenure elapses.

Any individual above 18years of age that is seeking a viable investment package can partake of any of these packages. We also have room for farmers and stakeholders in the agriculture value chain.
